If you need to move out some anxiety, tension, nervous energy, see how this exercise works for you. Repeat this exercise or any one part of it a number of times. If you feel dizzy or out of sorts for whatever reason stop moving and sit down.

STAND UP…stretch up, up, up…stretch to the left, to the left to the left…stretch to the right, to the right, to the right.

Let your body SHAKE it all out like a bowl of jelly.

ROCK to your right foot inhaling slowly…ROCK to your left foot exhaling slowly…ROCK to your right foot inhaling slowly…ROCK to left foot exhaling slowly…ROCK to you right foot inhaling slowly…ROCK to your left foot exhaling slowly.
